ABOUT ME

Our coach is Grzegorz  (Gregory) Zgliczynski.  Date of Birth 4/30/66.  Grzegorz was born in Elblag, Poland where he was part of the Polish National Team for Pentathlon  and Triathlon until the 1990s.  After coming to the U.S. for his family,  he began racing as a professional triathlete on his own.  Grzegorz has had numerous high end achievements throughout his career, including winning his age group at  Ironman Hawaii.   Grzegorz enjoys giving back to the sport through coaching, and has created age group world champions, as well as taken beginners to high end achievement.   

In addition to coaching triathlon, Grzegorz has a degree in Human Sport Performance and Physical Education.  He is an age group competitive swim coach with ASCA level 3 credentials,  certified USA cycling coach, and USAT level I certified coach as well.
